What Masigo is

Masigo lets you order ahead and pay at participating cafés, and collect loyalty stamps. Each order is a purchase from the café that prepares it; Masigo processes the payment (via Stripe) and charges a small service fee shown before you pay. All prices include HST (13%), itemized at checkout and on your receipt.

Supporting a café

Some cafés let you add an optional “Support this café” amount at checkout. It is a voluntary payment to the café, not a staff tip. HST applies and it is paid to the café like the rest of your order. If an order is refunded in full, the support amount is refunded with it.

Cancellations & refunds

• Before the café accepts your order — you can cancel any time from the order tracking page, for a full refund (including the service fee). Refunds arrive in 3–5 business days.
• After the café accepts — they may already be making your drink, so cancellation is up to the café. Ask at the counter or contact us.
• If the café cancels (sold out, closing, etc.) — you get an automatic full refund and a notification.
• If the café doesn't take your order — our system automatically cancels and fully refunds orders that aren't accepted in time. You'll be notified.
• No-shows — if your order is prepared and you don't pick it up, the café keeps the payment. Contact us if something went wrong and we'll look into it.
• Something wrong with your order? — email info@masigo.app and we'll make it right with the café.

Your account & data

• We store: your email (if you create an account), a pickup nickname, a device identifier, your orders, reviews and loyalty progress. We don't see or store your card number — payment is handled by Stripe.
• Cafés see your pickup nickname and order details — never your email or contact info.
• We don't sell your data, and we only email you about your own orders and account.
• To delete your account and data: Me → Request account deletion. We review and delete your account within 7 days, or see how to delete your account. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Reviews must reflect your real orders (they're verified against pickups). Abuse of coupons, rewards or refunds may lead to account suspension. Cafés set their own menus, prices and hours.
